We are getting really close with our new smoker. Did the first test after we got it painted and we have to make a few adjustments but it should only be a few more weeks. We also have to add a cow catcher and mount it to the trailer. Can’t wait to start cooking and perfecting our recipes. Let us know what you think? What new designs would you like to see for our next one?

Thanks to John at Colorado Custom Iron Works for helping us out with this project.

We have been talking for months now about our new smoker line and that it will be unveiled soon. Well, Todd spent a few hours last weekend with our welder John getting down and dirty and starting with our custom competition smoker. We got about 10 hours into this thing and hope to have it finished in a few weeks. I am not going to give all the details but this unit should hold a minimum of 15 turkeys. After we are done with our company smoker, we will build the first of many stainless smokers. We will have them on display at The Taste of Durango event in May as well as at our Smokin 4th BBQ competition in July. More to come….
