For those of us who need another reason to have a party between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we are providing you with one.  Repeal Day is December 5^th so mark your calendars.  For those who do not know, Repeal Day is when the 21^st Amendment was ratified in the United States thus repealing the 18^th amendment put into place 13 years earlier. The 18^th amendment put prohibition into effect which made illegal the manufacturing, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors in the US.  December 5^th, 1933 is the date in history when Utah of all places gave its vote, giving the three quarters majority the 21^st amendment needed to pass.  So, remember history, remember our rights, and celebrate Repeal Day.
