Just wanted to post a quick note wishing every one of our readers a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!.  Looking forward to doing a LOT of cooking over the next few days.  Got some new thai recipes I am going to be playing with as well as some desserts.  Also plan on making a chili and stuffing bacon inside of an elk roast.  Lots going on and we are excited to take a few days off from filming and planning of our 2011 events.  Enjoy all of the great food you can, eat lots of bacon and Merry Christmas!!!
