I am writing this post tonight because I can only imagine what condition I will be in tomorrow at this time.  New Years Eve is one of the best drinking and eating holidays of the year and this year will be no different.   Tomorrow we are not really going to fool around with a main course for dinner but rather cook up a bunch of choice appetizers to feast on.  Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos, Stuffed Mushrooms, and elk meatballs are on the menu on our end.   For Drinks, I plan on making a bunch of festive drinks for folks but I will be consuming muchas tequila as usual.  Caiprinha’s with tequila instead of cachaca or rum is the kick I am on, and of course, the Irish Car Bomb.  Other than that, hanging out with friends and bringing in the new year the right way.  What are you plans?  Happy New Year!!!!
