  In the past few weeks we have been reviewing quite a bit of the Miss Anna’s product lineup.  Next on our list is their Mellow Pepper sauce.  Like most of their products, the Mellow Pepper sauce has a vinegar base with a strong curry flavor. It also contains most of the basics such as garlic and onion.  This sauce also contains mustard which gives it a very unique flavor.  This is also the mildest of their hot sauces even though the label says it contains habanero peppers. Like all of their products, it goes great with any seafood dish you can imagine.  We have tried this sauce on many other dishes and have included it in some of our new recipes.  A few weeks ago we used it in sausage stuffed mushrooms.  It brought out a different flavor than we are used to with stuffed mushrooms but once people started indulging, they were gone fast!
