    As you may or may not have noticed, Miss Anna’s products are a hit with our company.  They have amazing flavors, varying levels of heat, and use quality ingredients.  This sauce company is growing steadily and becoming more and more well known.  It has a very strong following in south west Colorado and is starting to be found in local stores.  So, how is this sauce different from the others?  Well, some of the other reviews we have done such as the Sweet and Sassy Sauce and the Mellow Pepper Sauce bring a lot of flavor but not a whole lotta heat.  The Hot Pepper Sauce makes up for that and more.  The number one ingredient in this sauce is Habanero Peppers and you can tell they are in there.  The sauce is not all heat though as it starts out with none at all.  You see, different types of chilies bring heat to different parts of the mouth at different times.  The habanero is a late arrival when talking to heat as opposed to a serrano or a jalapeno which comes much earlier.  This sacue starts out with that Miss Anna’s trademark curry flavor mixed with some garlic, mustard, and onion.  Then, just when you think the sauce has not heat…It hits you.  Don’t get me wrong, this sauce was not made to burn out your mouth and nothing more, in fact, it is quite the opposite.  This sauce is designed just like the others, with lots of flavor and passion, however, this one has the heat that some of us chili heads just require.  For more information and ordering check out: http://www.missannashotsauce.com/
