Arizona Rubs
We get to try lots of products here a CookManFood.com, some a great, others, not so much. Some products are outstanding and Arizona Rubs lineup fits that quality. We first met up with them a few weeks ago when planning for our Upper Animas rafting trip and we were instantly hooked. So often you see a rub company just have one flavor of rub or different flavors but no heat. Arizona Rubs understands that people in the southwest love their heat but also understands that some don’t. Four flavors is what they have:
Original – No heat, tons of flavor
Chipotle – Smoke dried jalapenos added for a slight heat
Rattlesnake – More jalapeno heat and my personal favorite

I was on the Upper trip and was lucky enough to have stayed in camp for the pork loin that was rubbed with the “Rattlesnake” from Arizona Rub. It had heat but the flavor really came through. It wasn’t so hot that the heat is all you could taste like in some other dry rubs. I put the “Original” on some ribs when I returned home and the kids loved it.
