14th Annual San Juan Brewfest

CookManFood has teaming up again withUnited Way of Southwest Colorado on the 14th annual San Juan Brewfest to make this one of the premier events in Durango.
Saturday August 25, 2012. Gates open at 1pm. and close at 5 p.m.
We will have live music during that time. Band lineup: TBD
Downtown Durango, Main Ave between 12th and 13th Streets in front of Buckley Park.

$25 to enter. Must be 21 to taste the beers. Guests receive a souvenir 5 oz. tasting mug and unlimited tastings of the over 60 different beers. VIP ticket is $50. VIP’s receive an invite to Friday night’s Brewer’s Only party, early entry to Brewfest on Saturday at noon, and a reserved are at the event with shade, tables, chairs, FREE food from CookManFood and no waiting in line for beer!

Durango’s only real beer festival! Approximately 30 breweries from around the region will attend. A list of all breweries attending is posted below.
Southwest Colorado is quickly becoming the Napa Valley of beers. Come and meet these amazing brewers are and taste many of the best brews this region has to offer.

Come on down and taste beer from all over the country. These brewmasters will be coming from far and wide to show off their most popular beers as well as introduce you to some of their newest creations. There will be awards for several different categories and you could be a judge. If you have always wanted to be a beer judge please email me at tyoungblood@cookmanfood.com . We will presenting awards to the winners of the beer judging competition at 3:45pm. We also need everyone who attends to help us pick the winner of San Juan Brewfest’s People’s Choice award. This will be awarded to the brewery that gets the most votes from the attendees of the event.

No Dogs allowed inside the event. Guests are encouraged to leave the kids at home. Kids under 12 can enter the event with adult supervision. All other children are not allowed inside the gates, but they can hang out in Buckley Park while Mom and Dad are at the event.
The San Juan Brewfest celebrates our local and regional brewers and raises money for United Way of Southwest Colorado.
