Here is part two of the tour.  I loved the footage of the bottling procedure.  I was curious what the gas was that is blowing into the bottles.  For those who are also wondering, it is nitrogen.  The bottles are washed right before going onto the belt.  The nitrogen is blown into the water to remove any remnants of water thus ensuring the beer is contaminant free.  For more information check out: http://www.skabrewing.com/
