 – These are so fricken yummy.  Some bars do weak versions of these by using a half pint of Guinness.  We like to use a full pint.  Pour a full pint of Guinness or your favorite stout and drop in a shot that consists of half Baileys Irish cream and Jameson’s Irish whiskey.  Tip: do not attempt to use pale ale, porter, or anything other than a stout as a substitute.  Also, do not use Jack Daniels as a substitute for Jameson’s.  Tried this a few years ago during our annual bar golf tournament and…..well, I will leave that up to you.
