Episode 5?  How can that be?  What happened to episode 4?  All valid questions.  To be brutally honest, our camera ate one of our tapes that had episode 4 on it.  We plan on filming the episode again, as soon as we get our camera back from being serviced.  So, here it is, episode 5.  In this episode we made crispy fish tacos using tilapia fillets dipped in a beer batter, a fresh pico de gallo, and some Miss Anna’sGarlic Habanero Sauce.
