It was only a matter of time before Todd figured out a way to cram more meat into his tacos.  Here is his latest creation; chicken tacos without the shell.  I was not available for the filming of this but he managed without my support.  I wish I was there because this recipe is right up my alley.  Chorizo, chicken, cheese, onion.  How can you go wrong?   Wanted to put a special thanks to Carl Geers for doing the video editing for us.
